You don't decide to do it

Nobody chooses to start breathing through their mouth at night. It happens because somewhere after you fall asleep the nose becomes the harder route, and the mouth is simply easier. What it actually does

The narrowest part of your airway is the nasal valve, just above the nostrils, and it draws inward when air is pulled through it. Aerastrip Clear is a flexible spring band that sits across the bridge of your nose and holds that point open, so nasal breathing stays the low-effort option for longer. It's mechanical and nothing else: there's no drug in it, nothing gets absorbed, and it works the same on night three hundred as it did on night one.

Eight hours is a long time to ask

The morning is where most strips fail — either they've come off by 3am, or they take your skin off at seven. Ours uses a licensed, skin-safe adhesive documented by our manufacturer, chosen for both ends of that: it holds all night, and it peels slowly and cleanly, especially after a warm shower.

Why clear

Some things you want noticed. This isn't one of them.
