The hour mark

Watch any amateur padel match at the hour mark. Mouths open, shoulders climbing, and the fifteen seconds between points spent gasping instead of recovering. Nobody planned it. What it actually does

The narrowest part of your airway isn't your throat. It's the nasal valve, just above the nostrils, and it pulls inward when you draw air through it hard. Aerastrip Black is a flexible spring band that sits across the bridge of your nose and holds that point open. Less resistance means staying on your nose costs you less — so the habit is still there at 40–40, when you'd otherwise have given it up.

The adhesive is the real product
