We do not make supplements, we do not sell training plans, and we do not promise gains in endurance. The strip is a spring: it holds the nasal valve open while you wear it. That is where its job ends.

The strip will not make you faster and will not add endurance — the research does not show that. It removes one specific obstacle: the narrowed nasal valve that makes nasal breathing the first thing to go under load.
